Mach's have 3.55 rear gears and nice 1st and 2nd gears in the tranny. They are a little lighter than the 05's too. That 4 valve gets up and screams. They are underated from the factory, so don't let the 305 rating fool ya. I have yet to see a somewhat stock 05 GT beat a Mach 1. :shrug: Also...

I was driving a buddies 04 GT today and noticed it did not have traction control. I thought all 2001 and up had it, and 99 and 00 it was optional. Anybody know the answer to this?

The Steeda pullies are a long proven mod. This has been shown time and again. I would get the pullies first.

If you are going to get longtubes eventually save money and get the UPR or Mustangtuning off road X pipe. Approximately 149 bucks. Good sound, fit, and power. Not stainless steel, but they do the job well.

I would get Steeda pullies and the Accufab 70mm TB/Plenum combo. You can get both for approximately 569 bucks and do the install yourself to save money. You will feel a seat of the pants gain.

OK, I figured out the plug ? I had on the UPR website. But where do you splice the + wire to on the headlight switch abd where do you put the ground? I spliced the + wire to the brown wire that has a small white stripe and the ground on a bolt near the fuse box. The glows are on all the time...
