ok so turns out after checking a few forums i done some investigating. the wastegate rod had hung up some and was leaking all my boost out. from what i read i need to clock the turbo a little more. how do i do this and will it mess any seals up doing so with age on it.

turbo spins freely and yes full throttle 6500 rpms and only makes max 7 boost now. gets maybe 1lb per 1k rpms happened on third trip out with the volvo fmic setup i just installed. car was running great. 15lbs boost and plenty power. then all of the sudden it would't have much power and hardly...

i have a 94/95 65mm throttle body and i have made it to bolt to the 2.3t upper. however how does one go about hooking up the throttle cables and tranny cable. to this? the throttle body uses a cable over a curve with a ball type on end and the 2.3 uses a plastic encased cable with a ball clip...

cool sounds good i hope my newer 96 explorer radiator works out ok. its bigger than the older explorer ones by two inches. barely clears the outlets on the volvo intercooler. if you can find part numbers and where you got them that would be a big plus thanks man, again looks awsome hope it flies :)
