What The Hell Happened To This Forum?

Ive not posted in a year, have not gotten much done but I recently started to get a little bit of time to work on my coupe again and then the project snowballed lol. It started with some new LED tail lamps that wouldn't work properly (ground issue) so I replaced the tail light harness and then...

What The Hell Happened To This Forum?

I still look every once in a while but the last 3 years has been taken up by caring for my wife who was diagnosed with lung cancer so that's where my focus has been. I do get a small amount of time every few weeks or so to work on my 67 and I hope to install the rebuilt engine this weekend if...

I just want to clarify that you are using the 13.2" 2012-2014 GT brakes and also would like to know what the specs are on the 17s you have. Thanks!

    Engine Is Racing

My 67 did that until i figured out that a spark plug boot had worked its way loose enough to affect the idle and i had tuned it unknowingly based on 7 cylinders firing which caused the engine to race. Once that plug was fixed i redid the tune and it was fine.

    '67 Coupe

Your best bet on getting an accurate value for the car would be to take it to a local classic car appraiser. Something else you could do is find a Mustang Club in your area and speak to some of their members who would know a trustworthy place to take it to. If the club is big enough it might...

New To Stangnet, What's My Car Worth?

Good looking 66 BTW! Unfortunately my family found this out first hand when our 66 Caprice was stolen and chopped in the early 90s, fortunatly we had it apraised and got full value from the insurance company instead of what they wanted to offer which was insulting.

New To Stangnet, What's My Car Worth?

Sorry for your loss... I would try and find a local car aprasier, specifically one who deals in classic cars. That way you should get a very good idea of what it is worth and what level of insurance you should have on it. Also if its professionaly appraised and something happens to it, you wont...
