    C&L MAF cause both banks to go lean??

    Im getting a 181, and 189 error code. It says both banks still lean under part throttle. When the cars not warm it will crackle out of the exhaust when i shift. Sounds kinda cool but anyway.... It started happening after I put the new MAF in. Could that be the culprit, or does it mean something...

    So I bought a new battery for it, seems to have helped. IT doesn't dip nearly as far down the battery guage when i crank it now. Don't think that was the whole problem though.

    Well the female connector appears to be in place firmly. When i attempt to start it the volts drop all the way to the bottom on the stock guage. It will now just crank once and then die off. Arg

    I had the starter checked about 9 months ago when it was doing this before. They said it was fine. So Im kinda ruling that out. Maybe the ground came loose again!!??? I just pushed it back on again last night though. arg..

    Wont start, clutch safety switch??

    Thanks for the responses guys. I was wrong though. It didnt break from my violent foot action. I decided to try and jump the starter, and found that the black wire with the female connector had come disconnected somehow. I was surprised it was that. It fired right up once i plugged it back in.

    So when im driving and I hit a bump sometime the volts will drop wayyy down and the engine will even cut out briefly.     ITs weird cause my radio won't even cut out when the whole car does for a breef second. I wonder if that means anything? A couple of days ago i cleaned off the chassis to block ground and didnt seem to do anything. I was just under the car a half hour ago and checked the starter connections...

    I don't think it could be the battery or altenator. Something is loose or shorting out. Cause some times it will be fine if hit a bump or something. Unless things can come loose in a battery???
