To answer your ? YES!! Many people did for many yrs before billets came out.Regrinds took alot more shims and lash caps then the first run of billets that came out.Alot of Regrinds took 2 and 3 shims and some had to do shims and a lash caps to make them work and they did for a long time...

Yes. Is a grind he does for alot of people but said it will work great and made a guy around 80rwhp more,but he was pushing 15lbs and Im only pushin around 9 so Im not looking for that much but it will work from 9-16psi he said and make over 600rwhp with heads/motor and 15lbs!!! Gotta love that!
