    Raptor Shift light problems

    Wow man this thing was like 2 years ago. The problem was that Raptor change to a different chip manufacture when this happen. This was causing the problem. When he gave me one with the older chips everything worked.

    Rearend Noise - 8.8, Please help

    I just used a towel and cleaned everything up as much as I could. I wanted to use a carb or brake cleaner but didn't know if I would be hurting anything. Also I checked the ring & pinion gear to make sure none of the teeth were chipped. I ended up using AMS oil and Ford Friction modifier...

    I had some of the same issues. I would take the cover off clean everything as good as you can. Refill and add the friction modifier. This worked for me.

    I have had this happen to myself. I used a wire wheel brush drill attatchment. Cleaned it off quickly.

    Dip Stick Tube

    I had problems with mine when I added JBA headers. There is a company called Lokar that makes a dip stick tube out of braided steel that is bendable for the 4.6L engine. I went that route as the factory one was pissing me off!

    Crashed into a ditch!!!

    Dude, this may sound unethical but you could go the route of an animal (ie deer) was in the road and trying to avoid it you end up in the ditch. This may allow your insurance to cover it. Of course I guess it depends if you have that little devil or angel sitting on your shoulder?

    Eibach Anti-Roll kit - Which setting for the rear?

    Which holes did you use on the rear sway bar to connect to the rear endlinks? The forward one or the rear one? Also what is the real difference between the two as far as handling? This is on a 01 cobra and would like to get as much downforce to the rear wheels to help with wheel hop. Thanks,

    Good engine oil ?

    Another Post for AMSOIL 5W20, I use the K&N oil filter though... I know it doesn't filter down to 10 Microns like mobile one. I believe K&N is 20 microns but it flows alot better than the mobile one filter. With my large cylinder heads on my cobra I would much rather have better flow rate.

    PST carbon fiber driveshaft arrived
