    We put 2005 bullitt 17" wheels on my 2001 v6 mustang (it had stock 16s). Thought things were great until I had to make strong turn or U turn...front wheels rub on sway bar. Any ideas???? :shrug:

    wheels okay Gt wheels are fine...once off the car jack..plenty of clearance..actually more than original wheels,, thank goodness. They look great ! :)

    Has anyone placed 2005 GT wheels (17 inch) on their 2001 or so V6 mustang? Is there anyway to keep the front from rubbing on the swaybar?:shrug:
