Just use the PAC AAI-FRD04. It is about $61 and all you need is the Ipod/Iphone to RCA cable. The cable I bought allows my Iphone to charge also. $75 total spent. It's been 1 1/2 years now.

Sure they have tunes for them. Just find the right tuner that supports Diablosport (not as many as SCT but they do have them).

When I bought mine for my 2000GT, the Ford dealer had a number for ABS equipped cars and non ABS. The ABS ones are sprocket like for the ABS sensor. Also, the torque spec isn't that bad when the torque wrench is about 15" in length. (3/4" wrench I believe)

When did you do the struts? Last couple of weeks? Take the tire off and check the two bolts that hold the strut to the spindle. See if one is loose. I have seen that happen. Re-check the upper strut nut.
