    need help: roller rockers

    It helps if when you are tightening the polylock nut to also let the allen set screw turn slightly as well. Sometimes it's difficult to get enough torque on the set screw with just the allen wrench alone, and we have seen roller rockers back off

    Pistons for a Blown 351C?

    With 10-12 pounds of boost, you might want to give yourself a little more piston/wall clearance than .001. :rolleyes: I would also open up the rings more also. I knew a guy that ran hypers with about 6 lbs of boost. It ran good for a year or so until he got a bad tank of gas on a hot day...

    Leaky Rear Main Seal - 'Sneaky Pete'... Advice please!

    It's a curved tool used to push out the upper half of a rear main seal. Check and be sure the leak is not at the rear of the intake and running down the back of the engine(I only metion it because I have seen it before).

    I'm glad it's coming along for you. I would be careful with those casty pistons, 58cc chambers and better than 9.5:1 compression. You'll really want to retard the ignition timing and limit the boost if you want to run on pump gas.

    Aluminum Driveshaft

    You won't have any problems with it. 3" would work fine with that power. 3 1/2" will get a little tight in the tunnel, but it will fit.

    My 3550 is going on it's 3rd year, with over 600 ft. lbs. at the rear wheels. I have wasted a couple driveshafts through on hard launches.

    Yea, there's all kind of body assembly manuals available. Advertisements in the back of magazines, bookstores, etc. Use GOOD quality fasteners and take your time, but I'm sure you know that having done the Broncos. Convertibles are a blast! Have fun building your 67, that's about my favorite...

    AFR 205's on a 393 Stroker?

    I think the 205's will work with the Stealth dual plane. Be sure and port match the intake to the heads. Alot of the efficiency will depend upon the camshaft specifications and the CFM of the carburetor to produce a strong metering signal.

    Only if it puts out greater than say about 8psi. A good pump for that application would be the Holley 110GPH fuel pump. It would do it with no regulator, and you can clock the housing to the desired position for line routing. Even with the 3/8" inlet fitting, if you feed it with a 1/2" line...

    The 100GPH pump will do it. The 3/8" feed line will work(I'm assuming you're carbureted with the mechanical fuel pump), but it's cutting it close. It would be much safer to install a 1/2" supply line from the fuel tank feeding the pump, when you consider acceleration forces, temperatures, etc...

    Re-Tapping Sparkplug hole.

    I've taken a thin cotton rope before and soaked it in oil and fed it down into the cylinder to catch any debris, and then pull it out with a pick/ hemostats, etc.

    Yea, you should be able to go through Mustangs Plus, and get replacement rims. A frind of mine ordered 4 wheels from them, and one of them had a pin hole leak in the wheel lip.     Try 69 primary and maybe about a 72 secondary. (I've had good luck with 351W and 69 jets up front for whatever reason)
