Does the oem clutch cable become that wore out? im trying to get by as cheap as possible since I also have to get the tranny fixed during the process.

Did you get an adjustable clutch cable and or quadrant? Or are you using the stock cable/plastic quadrant? Im thinking of either a Mcleod clutch or a Centerforce DF clutch, trying to see what type of adjustments people are using. I have heard to keep the rest stock and I have heard to replace...

yes there is.. Spec also sells those.... Aluminum ones are kinda pricey though.

the stage 3 would be a little rougher for everyday driving.. some drivers are not looking for that kind of hardcore race clutch for driving to and from work.

Don't spray off the line to save your tranny from an early death. Spray as soon as you hit 2nd gear. 99+ GT can handle 100 shot safely, with colder plugs. I don't recommend spraying 150 shot unless you have upgraded your fuel pump, gotten 2 step colder plugs, and gotten a dyno tune, along...

Spec makes pretty good clutches.. I have sold them to many people from this board. And have had very few complaints overall.

I have an 03 Cobra bumper being painted for my GT as we speak....I also kept the factory GT hood. I just want to find a billet grille for the damn thing, and I haven't found anyone with a billet grille for an 03 cobra, they are all listed as GT and V6. Anyone know what the hell will fit?

anyway you could take a picture of this? or what you did exactly? I had a wreck a few days ago, and have to replace the bumper. I ordered an 03 Cobra Bumper w/fog lights. I was told there was no issues with it fitting. Also, if I purchase a billet grill for an 03 Cobra would it fit w/o...

I have had lots of guys running more than 100 on a stock 99+ motor.... In my honest opinion 150 shot is really pushing the motor. If you get a good tune, new fuel pump, decrease timing, and 2 step colder plugs you have decreased chance of breaking something.

I checked it...... that is their right pricing.. If anyone needs me to match it, I shall. I'll even go and pick up some NGK plugs.. (which I may add are like less than $10 for 8) NX Ford Kit GENX-2 Upgrade (which is the bottle heater, purge, n2o pressure gauge, blow off valve and fitting)...

Im pretty sure that's the same price they have had on that kit............ but NX raised the dealer prices. I beat out their price before..... but I still don't think they have updated their online price. Someone give them a call and find out if that's what they are selling it for still.

shops that advertise in the magazine typically get a magazine issue forwarded to them almost a month in advance. If you look at the magazine its supposed to come out for February 2004, so chances are a advertiser leaked it before time. :D
