    Without an O-Scope of some sort you really can't test it. It may be about due though, I think the suggested service interval is around 60,000...but it should throw a code if begins to cycle too slowly for the ECM....right?

    Pulling the Vacuum line off of the Fuel Pressure Regulator will raise your fuel pressure. The Fuel Pressure Regulator is located on the fuel rail and is round in case you didn't already know.

    I'm not very familiar with the A4LD but I know it is very common for AT's to have accumulator's designed to cushion the shifting, it is possible that they are sticking? Sounds like a good excuse for a 5spd swap to me...

    I found some lowering springs on ebay for like $90...i think they are maxspeed... then like Red said I grabbed F and R swaybars off of a GT and it handles pretty decent....

    Ummm....try adding some periods and stuff to make it more clear what you are saying.... If the manifold glows that is VERY bad....do you know what detination feels/sounds like? I'm guessing your running pretty lean..... Have you checked fuel psi? try pulling the vacuum line off of the FPR...

    Replacing all the cylinders sucks. If you want to go the cheap route, pull out a single cylinder and take it to the locksmith. It should be about $20 bucks to get a key made. It will be cheaper if you birng them a single cylinder rather than the whole car and make them do it in the parking lot...
