    I had the same issue with 393 notch. I first thought it was a bad ground wire because there was some fraying along the wire but at night I saw a faint light coming from the visor.

    Thanks for the tips jrichker! I did most of the tune-up stuff like plugs, wires, cap, rotor, all filters, oil change and my engine was warmed up (10 minutes of stop and go driving) when I went for the test. Should I clean my EGR? Never done it before but it doesn't look like to much trouble...

    Does anyone know how to reduce the NO(nitirc oxide) level readings on a smog check? I have fairly new plugs, cap, rotor, new fuel filter, and recent oil change. The more expensive route to fix the problem is to get new cats. ANy other suggestions? Thanks!

    It's so hard trying to find a good set of replacement quarter windows and molding for fox coupes! I've only seen moldings that glue onto the existing ones and I haven't seen any on ebay. Is this part no longer made anymore or can I still get this at the dealer (probably for an arm and a leg!)?

    I just bought a head unit (Alpine) from Crutchfield and I bypassed the stock amplifier. I unhooked the two wires on the stock amp and pulled it out and the new deck has enough juice to power the speakers. You don't have to pull the old amp ot if you don't want to, just a matter of preference...

    What headers to buy?

    Do the ford racing headers bolt right in or do I have to loosen parts of the exhaust system to install? In my old mustang I remember I had to loosen some bolts downstream of the cats in order to put them in. Oh, I had the BBK shorty headers for that application.

    Not a redo Convert but just an exact replica of the original fox but with more added safety items, better brakes, ABS, etc. and of course with an all aluminum 5.0L, now that would be sweet!!

    Tunedin, the drivers side cloth seat is what I'm looking for. Sorta hard to find those in my area, most of the people want to get rid of the velour seats and not the cloth ones like yours.
