Ordering suspension tomorrow (good combo of parts?)

You'll be fine with that set-up. The MM c/c plates have sperical bearings which is nice. I'll recommend them.

    Mufflers or Cat-back

Most likely the cat-back will be more expensive than mufflers plus install. I think the added expense of the cat-back is justified and would recommend it over mufflers only.

Aside from MAC, does anyone make a true bolt on 3" cat back?

Lot's of 3" components available, a Google search should yield many options. BTW - If you are making less than 450hp I would not consider a 3" exhaust at all.

    mac or flows

I've had both on my 5.0. I preferred the sound of the Flows even though on my car they droned more. As far as quality, the Flows were vastly superior to the Macs I had on the car. As in the Flows lasted 7 years and the Macs lasted a year and a half.

    ???Clutch Question???

This might help in the short run. Reset your clutch. Pull the clutch pedal towards you then push the top of the clutch quadrant back towards the firewall then release. You should hear the quadrant "click" back into place.

    Throwout bearing noise

Give this a try. Pull up on the clutch pedal then push the top of the quadrant (The part where the cable hooks on) back towards the firewall then release the pedal then the quadrant allowing the quadrant to rachet. Give it a shot. It just might work for you.

4 Bolt or 3 Bolt Camber Plates?

I noticed immediately improved steering response also. From what I understand it's because the MM's use spherical bearings instead of sleeve bearings.
