i would put a lifter valley girdle and a main girdle in it....one of my friends just took his engine apart again to freshen it up its a 347 NA and his has cracks in it...he's only pushing 450hp at the flywheel

i would say that your balancer has spun...is it the stock unit?

I just reinstalled an oem fan on my cobra....i have and autometer temp gauge, with the proper temp. sending unit. Do i need to add a seperate sending unit for the stock temp wire? Basically, how does the fan know when to turn on @ 200deg.?

I believe that i have got a crown vic fan. I want to know if i can hook it up using the stock wiring with a pigtail from a crown vic? the part numbers on the fan are 6W13-8C607-AC N8HTF...

i swapped pcv valves with my 89 still no change.......the car is running extremely rich though.

i took the chip out, still has a miss. i put it back and unhooked the 02 sensor, still has a miss. I hooked them back up. what now?

Well right before i blew third gear out it had a slight miss.....so that night i changed the oil and cleaned the MAF. On my test run i tore the tranny out.....well i put a new one in and the miss has gotten worse, but it stops missing when it is under a load.....On saturday night i will unhook...
