    Split-port Swap?

A split-port swap is where you take the heads and upper/lower intake off and bolt it up to your old block. In '99, ford went to different heads and intake to increase power output. I never heard it called split port swap, but I think that is what they are talking about. If I am wrong please...

    Mac Exhaust, Convt, Questions

Hey what's up man, I personally think that the Mac kit is awesome! First of all if you opt for the Y-pipe cut off and adapter H-pipe, you should really have the H-pipe welded together. I bought my h-pipe adapter from steeda and it comes with really weak looking clamps to hold it together...

    stang vs. camaro

My brother owns an Iroc. I have a 98 150 horse version. At the time we raced I didn't have the gears and we were neck and neck. I think (just my opinon) the 94-98 stang would need at least an induction mod to beat the 200hp camaro. but since the stang is lighter, either way I think it would...

    my 4x4

Hey what's up? Depends on how much money you have to spend. If you want to upgrade to better springs, Ebiach is probably one of the best. They cost about $200 or so. I think the best place to buy from is go to Yahoo Shopping and type in Ebiach mustang sport springs in the search box. It...

    v6 dual exhaust question

I bought the MAC duel exaust and Love it! I didn't notice any real power gains from the duals, but it sounds great and looks the same. Only problem I have is after 3 years my chrome tips are beginning to rust. But hey, nothing last forever. Anyway, talk to you later Ron

    8.8 Rearend Swap

The stock locker is okay as long as you get lucky. That is the problem with buying a used unit. You never know how hard the guy before you drove it. You can get a new one from say Detroit locker or Eaton for about $210 new.

    Engine change???

I see your point about potential, and also the other guys point $1750 on the "stock box", but I was just thinking that it would be a good place to start. But I was just thinking about starting cost. you figure in upper intake will cost about $250 or so not to mention front accessories. But...

Are 94-95 AODE gt's really that slow!

What'as up guy's, hope you don't mind hearing from me since I am a V6 guy, but yeah, the new V6's are pretty quick, but you have to take one thing for certain. Just because we beat a GT once in a while, that doesn't mean the other guy was a good driver. Or he new they were raceing before the...

    MAC exhaust

I have Mac 2.5 ehaust on my stang and it does fine. Not a hint of problems other then the "drone zone". I'm not sure what your asking, but if your going up in pipe size compared to the 2" stock i guess you have, then you will have less backpressure in your pipes

    8.8 Rearend Swap

I bought my 8.8 T-Lok off e-bay for $225 complete. Spent another $260 for a master overhaul kit and 3.73 FRPP gears, then onther $100 for the labor of rebulding the rear end. And presto. A fresh rebuilt 8.8. By the way, while you have yours out, you might as well put new brakes and brake...
