I used to run NGK TR-55 (part #3951), but last time I went back to motorcraft AWSF-32C. Copper plugs have a hotter spark, while the platinums are just made for longevity.

Also try a new fuel filter. That is a cheap $10 fix.

Why do feel that you have no need to replace them? Most people will tell you that no plug is good after 15k miles.

I like mine, especially with the magnaflow catted x-pipe. There is no need to run a 3" exhaust unless you are considering some serious boost down the road.

Ditch the platinum plugs and run coppers. I change mine every year (about 5k miles a year). They are so easy to do..takes no more than 30 minutes.

I changed mine at 10k also. Just did it again last month at 18k.

Has anyone had any experience with the new emission testing while they had MIL's installed on their car? For those who don't know what I am talking about...all cars 96-up no longer require to be run on the rollers (kind of like a dyno). The emission testers will simply plug into the OBD II...

Are you auto-x or just for the street? I would look into some kind of suspension package from a company and then stick with them. You will find that some components from one manufacturer are not compatable with others. Like I said before, if money is not an object than check out Griggs racing...
