    97 Cobra Bank 2 Running Rich

    I checked the fuel pressure at the rail and it is a little low: - 28 psi w/ vacuum regulator (spec: 30-45 per Chiltons) - 38 psi w/o vacuum regulator (spec: 40-50 per Chiltons) I’m not convinced this is my issue but needs to be resolved. I have a new fuel filter on the way so I’ll start with that.
