yeah I was told that it is going to be totaled for sure, the damage was pretty major and the car is 13 years old. The only thing that I really want to know and haven't gotten word back on yet is when they total out my car will they take into consideration all the money I spent of modifications...

yeah sullivan was the first place I checked too, they have one for the 5.4l and the 4.6l DOHC 99-04, if only my car were 3 years newer.

I want to go carbureted on a 96 cobra, the problem is that I can't find a manifold for the job. If any of you guys know where I can get one please let me know. I know of a couple of machinist that will custom make one for reasonable (under a grand). but I don't really want to go that route.

Well he got out of the car in time that it didn't look like he caught fire. Even if he did he had enough time to put himself out, eat lunch, walk his dog, and then kick a$$ before they even got to his car. Poor car.

The actual GT500 hood will have a slightly raised center, you can see it in the photos of the prototype, it is needed to house the supercharger, I am sure that the test mule engine couldn't fit under a mustang GT hood.

I went through houstonperformance.com for mine and I wasn't dissappointed, although most people will tell you that stroking a mod engine is a waste of money.

I know that I have seen many mustangs with well over 100k, but it seems that most cobra owners tend not to drive their cars as much as say a GT owner, I have almost 104k on mine and it is my daily driver.

I would guess about a 12 sec flat run in the 1/4 and a 0-60 around 4.5 seconds.
