    Magnaflow all the way, want loud and aggresive get the magna packs. Sound clips dont do exhaust justice IMO.

    Jack 2 Jack stands and wheel chocks Sawzall (hacksaw if your a masochist) WD40 Assorted Ratchets and wrenchs. Thats all you need, with the sawzall should be able to have it all done in about 60-90 minutes. 3+ hours if you use the hacksaw.

    Magnapacks all the way. Sweetest set up Ive heard (my opinion) was a Mystic Cobra with LT, O/R H and Packs. Think that one even had medium sized animals and large children running :D

    Save yourself the hassle and just do the catback. Down the road when you decide to do a midpipe/headers the catback will match up and you wont have to redo it.

    Cant help you with getting the switch out of the console but once it is out there are just 2 wires going to it. Snip those wires and splice them to the new switch and reinstall the switch in the console.

    Yours is a 4R70W. The Jerry Mod is about as safe as you can get considering its coming from the guy who pretty much designed the tranny.

    I want to say no but dont remember for sure. Big difference was the heads on em. Rings, Rods and bearings are the things I usually hear of failing at the over 400 levels.

    On 99+ depending on who you ask the danger zone starts around 400-425rwhp so Id guess around there or lower for the pre 99s (guessing folks). Course if you break it you can build it better.

    Get the sawzall to cut the stockers. I know first hand the agony of hacksawing a stocker out. (arms start spasming just at the thought)
