    Well got the JVC in and it works fine. I notice it has a 15amp fuse in the back unlike the Duel which had a 10amp. Hummmmmmm No problem.

    Well, I ran new speaker wires and leads right form the battery. I traded up to a JVC which the tech says is a much stouter radio than the duel. I won't be able to check it out until Saturday. So I will report back after that.

    Success! Hinge bushings

    I was successfull in installing new pins and bushings on the King Cobra today. A bugger but got it done. Also installed new upper weater seal on the door around the glass. a good day I would say.

    Can you replace door bushings

    Hello all, Been a while since I posted. My drivers door is sagging on the 78 KC. I know the bushings are shot. Can they be replaced? It looks like they can't be. DO i need to replace the hinges? Thank You for the help.
