24lb injectors will only help you if you are making 275+ rwhp. Otherwise this would be a waste of money and may make your car perform worse. After reviewing your mods it seems that cams and a set of long tube headers might get you to the point where you need the 24's and new MAF.

This is where you need to consider other mods that you plan on doing to your car. If you want to add a 180 degree thermostat the chip might be a better way to go. If you plan on getting an off road h or x pipe the chip is definately the way to go. The chip will: a) correct for your gears b)...
