Adjuster would do the job for you....

Even before the TSB came out on our tranny (for gear grinding), I've convinced the dealer approx. 2 years ago, that something needed to be replaced....so they swaped 1st 2nd 3rd & 4th gears (and syncros).....after that gear grinding was gone~ However, now I'm faced with a different problem...

Throttle body won't help you at this point. If you are comparing those two bolt-on's, I'll say Timing adjuster + Pulleys will do (if you are planning to stay N/A)....if you are like me and saving for the blower, then I wouldn't waste my $$ on it :)

That's one of the reason I chose MAC LT (getting installed next week) just to try it for myself....Most of the peeps are spooked since someone "heard" it was bad....

When I had my stock rims, I had Sumitomo HTR+ (all season Z-rated tires) and was very satisfied with them. Drove it on snow all winter last year since it is my daily driver~!! Very inexpensive as well~

NX kit will definately give you a big smile~!!

I've got quoted anywhere between $400 - $500 for the LT install. Most places will drop the K member to install LTs....

I have the sportsline and it doen't rub at all....

I have the steeda one as well.....I've tried both hooks and still very loose...it doesn't have any tension at all.

After installing all the components, I realized the cable is so loose that it doesn't have any tenstion on the cable. I'm using the same stock cable and can't get it to any tention no matter how much I adjust the firewall adjuster. I need help.......

If you don't mind spending an extra $$$ get BBKs.....but I went it MAC and coated it myself with flat black high temp paint..... :D

People on the net advised me to buy the Ford OEM throw-out bearing instead of using the TOB in the Spec kit. I was told the TOB in the kit is plastic (??) and it'll eventually break. I'm confused since the TOB in the kit that I received is not plastic..... :shrug: :shrug:

Better 1/4mile time with 17s compare to 18s.....I personally went with 17X9 in the front and 17X10.5 in the back.....that is my personal preference. 18s look better but 17X10.5 looks mean from the back

Yeah, I'm ordering a new set of OEM gasket......

I don't have a high beam option anymore ever since installing the HID kit for my stang....I guess it doesn't matter since the HIDs are nice and bright :p :p

I know alot of people doesn't recommed Mac LTs, but it's all prepped to be installed now.... VHT 1500 degree flat black coated (hopefully this will prevent rusting for awhile) Wish me luck~!! Oh, I forgot to mention....Prochamber will be there to link the LTs with my Magnapacks~!!~ yahoOOO

Yup, that's why I decided to change my clutch before installing my LTs....(approx 55K on my original clutch so I figured it wouln't hurt) Oh plus, while I was at it, I went ahead and got myself an aluminum flywheel~!!! :D :D :D

If you are in VA like me or state that requires dyno emmision, you will fail. I had to put back my stock mid pipe to pass. But I heard that some peeps pass with it so it's really 50/50. Just make sure he saves the stock pipe. I have the bassani X (w/ cats) and the sound is noticable. The...
