    RPM hangs on Deceleration

    I have a 2001 5sp, that happened to me twice. The first time it happened i brought it back to ford and they replaced the TPS. But it happened again, so they just changed my whole throttle body. It hasnt been doing that anymore

    I'm from Cali, and I am paying $2.53 for regular gas right now, and it seems to keep going up!!
