    Lowering, Replace Fasteners?

The nuts on your front sway bar end links NEED to be replaced, they are one-time use only by design and will not hold their torque a second time even thought they are not TTY design. If you don't they WILL come loose on you. Mine would not stay tight nor would the ones on my friends car. I...

    4:10 gears a bit tall?

Hmmm, I run stock 3.55 gears and ran a best time of 12.9 @105mph on street tires. I just don't see the need for more gear, my car is stock other than a tune, CAI and headers and it has all the low end torque I could want. The fuel mileage could be better though. I get about 17.5-18.5 normally...

    Wheel and Tire sizes...

I'm running 18x9.5" wheels with Cooper 275-40-18 tires all around. I was consdering a larger tire but I got a smoking hot deal on these tires that were takeoffs from a Roush 427. The car is lowered about 1.6" with Vogtland springs.

Which Charge Motion Control Plates to Go with?

I would like to point out that there is no significant gain in HP until 4000 RPM according to this chart. Additionally, this dyno chart does not even show what the curve is below 2200 RPM and it only shows the curve at full throttle, not part throttle where the plates operate and provide an...

    3 points or sub frames?

Save your money, the only thing these chassis stiffeners do is improve the bottom line of the vendors and add unnecessary weight to an already heavy car. Furthermore, there is no way in hell a Fox with subframes is stiffer than an S197. I have owned and raced Foxes, SN95's and new edge Mustangs...

Wheel/Tire - Need your info for FAQ

Wheels: 5 Zigen Pro-Racer GN+ 18x9.5" +43mm Did you need/use a spacer? I needed to use a 1/8" spacer on the front only because the S197 hubs are deeper than the recess in the wheels. They also required the hubcentric centering rings and special lug nuts that came packaged with the wheels...

Or maybe you need new mufflers? Hey Dan, how goes it? I haven't seen you much lately. You really need to get out to an AX soon. Lately I am about the only modified Mustang entering any of the events. Today there were two in F-Stock and me in C-Prepared, and that was it. TJ hasn't...

I dunno Dave, I just did GIR last weekend for a Martin Club event. I have a Saturday and Sunday at Palm Bay this weekend and I am back at GIR next weekend for a 2 day Solo Trials event. Then I hope to make Sebring the following weekend for the SVTOA open track days. Not sure if I can handle...

Hmmm, at the price of gas today is it really cheaper to drive to Orlando and back? Don't forget you will have to pay 6% tax too. I often buy from out of state just for that reason on larger items. Kevin, you coming out to the AX this Saturday and Sunday? I will have the 95 GT there this...

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the download files. The files are in PDF. format. Adobe Acrobat is a free download if you don't already have it. It would be nice to have a few more Mustangs show up at the events. I hope you can make it.

I don't think I want to sell the RPM, at least not just yet. I think I am going to put the engine from the LX into the 95 GT and the stock 95 GT engine into the 88LX. If someone wants to buy the whole car I will sell it that way but I am not into tearing the engine apart. I will part out the...
