I think you're being awfully optomistic. You'll be lucky to see just over 400 rwhp WITH the heads. I know a few that have done the stage 2 ARE package with heads and cam and they're all around 400-412 rwhp including the tune. These numbers are with cutouts open, no cats and all the other mods...

On a 94 GT ? The LS1 will walk all over him with just gears. The Gt may take the 1st 200 ft, but it's over after that. I suppose if you're talking about light to light the GT may have a chance but on the 1320' the LS1 will prevail. Now saying "the right few select mods" is a little general...

I have Canfields. My numbers aren't what they should be but that's probably because I have the TFS Stage 1 cam. Considering I have that cam my numbers are probably respectable. SAE 293/311 STD 301/318 I may stroke it in the near future though.

I have a friend at work with a 97 Stang. He has a problem with the alarm going off easily ie: if it rains. Do the Mustangs have a controller similar to f-bodies which controls the sensativity of the shock sensor and if so where is it located? My 95 has an aftermarket alarm and it's a GTS so...

There are some brands like Moroso that make baffled grommets. I'm getting a properly welded billet filler neck with a baffle welded in made up but in the mean time this type of grommet has worked for me.

They're very small and nothing compared to the stock headers.

I have the TFS Track Heat and I had to go with a 3/8" phenolic spacer to clear the valve covers with the TB. It didn't quite clear the stock hood. I had to take a notch out of the rib running straight up and down. You'll likely have more problems with the 1" spacer. See if you can get away with...
