Could be but I have a feeling we might be surprised as to what the poll might show.

Might just be me but it seems like alot of the 3.73s have whine issues? I can tell you that I drove a 2011 new with 3.73s and them mine with the boring 3.31s and i did notice the whine in the 3.73 car. It had 12 miles on it, mine had 898. Just curious what is your production date?

Maybe we should give our production date when we say that there is an issue with our cars, like the gear whine with the stock gears? or like the lifter tick? or the flywheel bolts backing out? Maybe this will help one of us get their car straight and help point Ford in the right direction on...

Just a question what ratio do you have? 3.31, 3.55 or 3.73?

Ya know used to be the 5.0 w/ an AOD/E was a dog, but nowadays they are scary fast. I was throwing the auto idea around then realized I would never get my wife out of it.....LOL. We drove one and I saw that look on here face that said yep, I could get used to his mustang....lol

LOL, uh no. I guess I should have added those huh? I know he has headers and full exhaust, a Boss intake, a Cold Air Intake not sure what else. No nitrous and no supercharger. He has some post on youtube just search for revolution automotive. The guy is a Ford guru!!!.

So I am at work visiting shops and I stop in to Revolution Automotive in Nottingham Md. The owner has his 11/12 GT on the dyno doing some custom tuning and let me watch him make a pull. WOW is all I have to say anyone ever heard a 5.0 Coyote at 8k while making 500hp and over 400lbs of torque...

I have to say that I have bought and sold quite a few cars over the years to dealers and and private party. What I found is that the more that the dealer either had to change what was done if they wanted to retail it off their lot or if it was to the point that it was too far and had to go...

So I am leaning towards replacing the resonators w/ glass packs and seeing how that sounds. I figure they should still flow more than the resonators and be manageable for the wife.

I agree I will have to go back out on another fact finding mission and try it both ways w/ trac control off and on and see the results. It is hard finding an area to run it all the way to 4th.....though

I test drove a 2012 GT auto and was very impressed and yep I can see where thiis is doable, I am however having a hard time believing mine will run low 13s. I am thinking mid to high 13s as it sits. I will be getting a helmet and off to the track to confirm.

NOPE IM SURE THE IDIOT WAS DRIVING....not flashing. I was certain I didnt redline it but I guess the idiot might have....lol
