    Afi is indeed in Edmonton. I've delt with martin myself which was an ok experience but locally he's let down a lot of people which is too bad since we don't have many engine tuners in town. :(

    So do you have 6 degrees timming with or without the spout in? Also if you can put the stock fuel pressure regulator in. Also, have you modified your EGR valve at all? Lots of people remove it, did you remove yours?

    If you have your stock fuel pressure regulator throw that back on too.. see if you still have the fuel pressure drop. I wouldn't be suprised if that chip is part of the problem too, you're timming is retarted a bit too much for my liking.

    rear mounted turbos are gay. by the time you do all the work to mount it you might as well just did an underhood design. The only advantage to rear mount is if you couldn't possibly mount it underhood.

    yeah I guess if you've been running it for that long it's ok to keep the chip in. Not much it could do now... But yes, swap the maf/injectors and see how that affects your idle. btw, i switched my signature just for you. :cool:

    Just get a wrench out and tighten up the header bolts if you think there is a leak from the headers.

    Just buck up more money and install real performance mods... not this useless bolt on crap that you'll be kicking yourself in the ass later for wasting your money. You could probably find a used intake manifold for the same price which is a proven horsepower producer.

    Swap out the injectors and MAF for the stock one, at the same time pull the chip. It's not recommended to run an aftermarket chip if you have a nitrous kit installed, unless it's a chip with a custom tune on it.     You could try this, it of course won't be fun but at least you could eliminate the problem from the mass air and the injectors. You've already replaced the fuel pump twice, when you went from the 190lph to the 255lph there was no change so it really seems unlikely it was the fuel pump unless...
