    I6-289 Transmission?

Well, since you got a good portion of the power set up, I hope you are transferring the rear end and the front spindles. The I6 rear end will not last long behind that modified engine. Also, you are going to want to upgrade your brakes. Don't forget that if you upgrade your "go" power, you...

    New 1968 Mustang Owner

You don't have to replace the "whole seat". Just buy the new covers and I would recommend that if you buy the TMI sets to also buy their replacement foam. It will definitely make a difference in your seats. I would agree with the others, you have a '67 grill, not a '68. Good luck with the...

Made my own T5 shift stick

Just a thought, maybe print the word "MUSTANG" on the side as well to help you sell. The GT350 or GT500 would limit your market a bit. Real clean design. Looks sharp.

SVOAC club is a joke - take a look

Looks like someone can't follow the rules and when they got hammered, they whined about it........ reality really sucks when one realizes they don't have the actual power they thought they had.....

Where to buy convertible top pieces?

Never dealt with them. I would try to contact them and ask who made it. If it is somebody reputable like Scott Drake Parts, I wouldn't worry too much about who sells it.

    65 fastback 2+2 info please.

How many lugs do your wheels have 4 or 5? Do like Ronstang said and check the apron, door and title. Make sure they all match.

    4.6 in a '67?

Yes, the 94-95 Cobra engines will fit. They are still 302s.

r model apron for the 67-68 and front crossmember

Very true. As a comparison: Bucket Headlights I would just wonder if you would need a bumper in your state.

I'm sick and tired of people not taking responsibility for their actions!!!!

Actually, the people who waved her through could be held liable. Did they stay as witnesses? I was on a jury where that was discussed. From then on, I don't leave a hole for anyone and never wave any one on. Even at a 4-way stop whne I am unsure who got there first.

Where do you get your performance parts?

66'Stanger, Head over to the Checker on the NW corner of Grant/First. They have quite a bit of the performance stuff that is being discussed (Edelbrock, Holley, etc). That way you can get an idea of what it is and then you can mail order it from Summit or another place. Oh, and I forgot...

68 and 69 mustang seat question

I don't believe everything up to a 2000 is a direct bolt in. I put seats from an '87 into my '67 & '68. I used the frame rails from the old cars and had to drill an extra hole in the seat on both sides to get them to bolt up to the new seats. Once that was done, it was an easy drop in. Makes...

    Restore or Not?

Tdogg, I say go for it and restore/restomod it. I have a '67 6-cylinder that I have had since HS (18 years) and i am in the process of a complete restomod. I realize it will never be worth as much as I put into it, but I then again, I really don't plan on selling it. I will probably love...

Front Suspension Help Please ('68 FB)

I have Grab-a-Trak 620 springs from Mustangs plus and they didn't drop like that. That is ridiculous. They are a good set of springs. I have had mine in for 3+ years and nothing like that. Look to see if he lowered the front end an inch or switched out the springs before he sent it to you...
