Hi, I've been driving a 99' GT with 120K on it for about a week, and when it is cold it sputters under load. In first, I have to let the clutch out at high RPMs so it doesn't sputter. When I am coasting with the clutch in, the RPMs slowly fall down under 500 then die. I am a 5.0 kinda guy so...

Well, weve removed the dash and have the speedometer out, the cable is stuck in the back (no tranny involved here yet). The black sleeve, we slid it off...we just need to get that darn thing out. :shrug:

We are restopring a 70' Mach 1 and the speedometer cable and stuff in there is broken. How do I remove it? The areas around it seem to be riveted together, I'm sure there's an obvious solution here. Thanks.

Yeah if your o2s are bad your car wouldve thrown you a CE light. To check for a leak, make sure your car is cold. Start it, and put your hands around where you think the leaks would be (Header to H pipe meeting), if you feel air pulsing out, then youve got your leak.

Can I just rent out a pulley puller? Ha, I didn't even know there was a valve...so nothing is very difficult?

Hi, my PS pump makes alot of noise, the pulley wobbles, and it leaks. I'm replacing it tomorrow. Are there any special tools I might need to complete the job. I have access to a garage tomorrow so tips asap would be great. Is there anything complicated about it? Thanks!

Nope, not Torx, almost the complete opposite, the bolt is star shaped, not round with a star indention. A regular wrench may fit it also...i may just be freaking over nothing. Im back at school now so I cant work on it, how much should I pay for a new one. Forgot to add it has always made...

So I took my belt off to adjust my water pump pulley and just so happened to grab the power steering pulley, the thing jiggles and even pulls out a bit (2 mm maybe). Also it is leaking fluid... This may solve my belt squeal and shredding probs as the fluid was on the belt traction area. Time...
