    Thanks allcarfan, I'm guessing those combos shouldn't decrease too much with a 625 road demon instead of the 650 speed demon. I'm probably going to go for something like your 400hp combo.

    This is very interesting to me. I would really like to get more power out of my car. I'm getting a new 302 put in it. What would I need to do to get about 350-400hp out of my motor?     Have you heard good things about them? I'm looking at that 302(385hp) I was wondering if I gt a 302 long block if I would be able to use parts from my 289 and use them on it?

    Yeah, I actually already looked at the stuff at that Checker last week. Unfortunately they don't have any Demon carbs.
