    Want 35 more hp

yay:nice: also you will get to sell that cobra intake to someone here on the forum to recoup most of your money. I would go ahead and run the 75 mm TB and elbow on that systemax II if you dont want to mess with the fox conversion. You can sell yoru intake and TB to several people on...

Ugh just cant catch a break...

it will be fine. Your wheel is already a "knockoff" as it is. The cobra cap is just what comes with most aftermarket wheels. You can order all new caps for around 40-50 if you don't want the cobra emblem . BTW. Your sig says you have an AOD. you might consider just going with a 3k Stall...

    18x9's or 17x some odds ???

18x9s and 18x10s. The 95 really needs the stagger. 255s or 265s up front WITH a bead protector. 295s in rear. I have yokohoma S.drives which are a great sticky tire which has amazing rain capabilities. They suck in the snow because of no siping. I got these tires because the khumo MX was...

    Exhaust Video- Spintech Mufflers/OR-X/Headers

you wont lose power with the proper mods. You wont gain any average power really because you will lose some mid range and about 10 lbs of torque. Average power is all that matters. so you will sound better, but you wont really be faster or slower. my car dynoed 246/290 with ecam and boltons...

    Want 35 more hp

Flow is just part of the story. Runner length, cross sectional area, texture, transitions and average flow or the deviation between the runners. All of these play a roll. This is why some intake results will boggle your mind and why some intakes will be +10 n/A over another and even when...

Can 20's still fit on lowered Mustang

Car will look Terrible with no drop. It will definitely look "DONK". if you are worried about Gas mileage, you should know that those 20s are going to have far more effect than the gears would. probably a 2 mpg loss.

    Gear swap/MPG change?

100% false driving habbits, tire pressure, tuneup status greatly effect mpg. I did get 15 mpg the week after i installed my Heads Cam:D Then I got 24 once I relaxed.

**Caution 25 LBS weight** Do you have a convertible?

I was thinking that I had been answering a lot of questions for convertible guys on here recently on here. I havent seen any discussion on the subject, so I wanted to make sure all of you had removed the 25 pound weight out of the front bumper. Free mod!:lurk: for anyone who actually needs...

Can 20's still fit on lowered Mustang

should be fine with 20x10s in the back. I would run a 295 26 inch tire. I like the look of 20s and 18 bullits. I am not fond of any other 20 inch wheel unless you are going high end and nice, and if thats the case why not 19s?

    Want 35 more hp

intake and ... this is an old article but very helpful. It is not just flow rates that determine power. Otherwise, trick flows would always make more power than afr 165s. http://www.andersonfordmotorsport.com/dmdocuments/media/runner5.htm use the arrows on the bottom of the link to navigate...

    Gear swap/MPG change?

higher rpm on highway =/= mpg loss. Your fuel usage is based off of the amount of fuel you are using. to make the 12-15 hp it takes to actually drive your car at 70 mph. Gearing is a very small part of that equation. 90% of mustang owners dont grasp this. Its basicly the way a prius works...

    Saying goodbye to my Mustang

    Saying goodbye to my Mustang

I think I will have to build one of these at one point in my life. What does the setup run without the motor tranny and rear?

    best upgrades

I loved my CF DF clutch. best feel of any clutch I have ever driven. King cobra, Spec 2, Mcloud, stock. Smoothest possible release of all of them. It held up to HCI nitrous just fine.

    Optimum coolant temp???

I have provided facts and evidence, I am sorry your consensus is not enough for me to go research something that it is your hands to prove. I answered his question, which no where referenced "longevity." There could be other issues at hand here. What part throttle timing curve are you using...

    Optimum coolant temp???

I did not track oil temps. I was on a fresh 302 built by D&D with pre 92 OE TRW forged pistons and e7s that had been hot tanked due to a seated valve. If you want to break it down to me and explain to me the advantage of running 200 versus 180 and how it is better, I am all ears. Please...

    Optimum coolant temp???

I don't know about you, I prefer not to ping down the road while daily driving. I'd say thats better for "longevity." :D I put up to 30,000/year on my car while commuting/ being a track rat while doing a fair amount of testing, documenting, and fine tuning. Oil at warm operating...

my 94-95 build up what you think?

400 rwhp +/_ the cam will be just fine. Or run my cam or the blower variant of my cam. The e-cam works well because of the 0 overlap. you dont want too big of an "N/A" cam with any any overlap. I would keep the ecam and spend that money on a dyno tune with wideband. You will need it. you...

    Optimum coolant temp???

178-185 is optimal for our cars at the track for all out speed. This is fact. 500+ passes to back it up. These cars slow down quite a bit at 200 degrees. my 95 would consistently lose 1.5-2 mph in trap speed once it was around 200 degrees. I also only got the dreaded 95 pinging with e7s...
