I remember the bolts being more forward. I just put the shifter on before raising the tko all the way up. I also flipped the crossmember and remembered it hitting the floorboard alittle so I took a hammer to it:nice:

no you won't need it, you will be pulling timing with the pms now once you get the hang of it you will love the pms :nice:

I have done this. Hardest part was bolting the oil pump back on because you can't see anything, if your laying on you back your doing everything by feel with a hand reaching in on both sides of oil pan. Use a 1 piece gasket ( I think it was felpro) It comes with tabs that go into block until...

If you go with 15x8 w/ 4.5" bs you will not have to grind anything. I tried a set from my buddy and had no issues.

I sure did and at the time I hated every minute of it. On the front I put a set of pbr brakes and rotors from an "04" gt, they were brand new and I picked them up from evil bay dirt cheap. I'll have to tell ya i swear my car stops better with the new pbr's then with the old 13" er's but it could...

All of these things you are describing are exactly what happened to me(after a head swap,go fiqure). I did the flashlight in the inspection hole and everything. I started the car in gear (almost ran into the garage) and it didn't work. The next morning I went to the garage pissed because I have...

I had this exact same problem, What I did was put the car up on jackstands put it in 5th gear and started it up and it broke loose (go figure) I tried 1st gear once and then 5th gear and it worked. Not sure why the clutch stuck to the flywheel in the first place but I have had stranger things...

I think they want it to be more like street racing and how can you use a tree if you give a guy 10 lengths? :shrug: I think the sandbagging that goes on ruins the show. I think guys should be matched up, head to head with a tree and race :banana:

I tivo all the shows so I can fastforward thru the commercials and the crappy parts. I wonder if they get paid to be on the show and if so how much? That would explain the junkers. As far as the show itself, its just entertainment
