It's not likely that both modules would have failed, and very unlikely they would both in the same manner.
I see in your sig that you have a '95 car, but with '98 taillights. Can I assume that you have the '98 harnesses installed, as well? Did you separate the middle and outer lamp sockets...
Sorry you are having problems. Did you try to contact us for technical support? If so, I didn't see it.
There could be several things wrong. First, even though you say the kit is connected correctly, if you accidentally pinched one or more of the wires when you reinstalled the fixtures...
