The summits are relabled flowtechs

I have them on my car. They work good. I picked up 6 tenths at the track going to longtubes over my bbk shorties and h pipe. Just went to 3" xpipe and flowtech longtubes. Mine are actually relabled summit brand and are under $100 if you buy them that way. Same headers just summit brand.

Id hope so with 500hp it should run at least 10's. I used to run the p heads. I liked them for what they were. Went 13.0's at 106 on motor. With a 150 shot that would have been high 11's.

Autolite race plugs are a little shorter. Thats what I ran when I had p heads. I have taylor wires with 90*s, bunch of companies make them. Also just for info I ran stock shorties, bbk shorties and flowtech longtubes. They all worked.

But again. 500hp with gt40ps? And only running low 12's is good for that number? Just dont add up. No possible way.

LOL. Thats all I got to say about 500hp. No way no how from gt40p heads and small cubic inches. Unless your spraying a 300 shot.

I have a set of the summit brand sfc's sitting in my garage waiting to get welded in. The quality looks good. Their heavy so their not cheap thin metal. They are painted gloss black(really thick) so it may be powdercoated. They are full length also. Only thing I wish they had was the seat...

Yeah, the trim came out good. I still dont know on the headlight buckets. Yeah, it should go 9's once he gets it dialed in. This was the first time its been to the track with everything hes changed on it. Weather was nice. Pro 5.0 set new records from what i heard.

The gold car is nice too. He drove down there beside me. Very clean car. Just needs tuned since he hasnt done anything to it since the supercharger install. The wheels are a very good choice for the car.
