bump..i need to change the exact same part...for the exact same reason. i have been driving around with only a 1/2 tank of gas for a while now...putting it off. !/2 a tank just doesn't last me a very long time...can't figure out why?

Everything, kit, install(got a great price however) and little dumb stuff i had to buy, was pretty much exactly 5,000. that even includes the oil and filter for after taping the pan, and the boost and fuel preasure gauges i bought.

i am getting a vortech installed next weekend on my 99 gt. i use regular oil now, and am gonna switch to synthetic. i live in nj, so its real cold in the winter, and real hot in the summer. what oil should i use? mobile 0w-20 all year round, or switch to a little heavier in the summer?

by that logic, these don't either Looks: Uper/lower billit grills, Carbonfiber inserts, and euro's,stock wing moved 1 1/4 inches back, and cost a lot more too.

what are you basing these numbers off of, everyone else seems to think they are high?

i have an auto, but friends have told me that replacing the shifter should be the first mod anyone does to a late model stang.
