it's a long block 331 they said that the 331 dyno @ 425 h.p and for $4200.00 that does not sound bad if i was to buy a short block ,heads, custom cam,and all the time to put it togather it would cost more then buying the long block. this is whats in the long block 1.new comp preped block...

good question i just changed my intake and my car idles fast also but not that high about 1300 or 1400 rpm i idled it down and it still idies back up. any help will do.
