    does the sand/dirt out side of turn 7 at PIR count. what about turn 2 no oh well thats it for the race car. but the mustangs been off 2 times 10 and 11 range lol. the dirt really flys at 85+. have incar vid of both T2 and T7 but none of either trip in the dirt in the stang.

    suspension mods are N.A.S.A.'s spec e30 race springs, stock replacement shocks. non adjustable camber plates , m3 front control arm bushing . rear polyurethane control arm bushing. i will have the spec e30 shock for next year so ill be even faster though the corners. all suspension parts so far...

    i need more speed down the straights. well i guess the new motor will help with that instead of the current motor and just turned 22years old and has 311,000 miles on it about 11,000 of which is on the race track or to the race track

    dynoed the race car it made 114 whp and 149wtq. stock numbers are 121 and 171 at the flywheel. the new motor im thinking around the 140whp and 175wtq range so it should be a speed increse.

    sorry for the hack but if you plan on tracking a car a miata is not good. yes it handles well and has good brakes for the size but its to slow in a straight line to have a lot of fun on an open track day to many fast cars in a straight line that lap a little faster then you will keep getting in...

    these will take care of chassis flex not body roll. chassis flex is the twisting and deformation of the unibody. body roll is the amount the unibody moves on an axis compared to the wheels

    a panhard bar will not lessen body roll it just keeps the rear axle where its supose to be under corner force. sway bars springs and dampen force (stiffer shocks) will lessen body roll along with lowering the center of gravity.

    if you have a live axle then you can install a panhard bar. but if you have irs then you cant. and i dont know if you have a gt or and svt. not sure if you can get a cobra in 01 i think you can and that would be an IRS.
