    Can AOD parts Fix AODE?

    Hi there Buddy of mine has 95 3.8L with AODE trans. Rebuilt trans but didnt have torque converter installed properly and destroyed the converter and the pump. I have a spare AOD from an 88 GT. are the pump and converter the same for both trans and possibly interchangeable??

    Seat Latch Repair???

    Has anyone figured out how to fix the latch mechanism on the back of the front seats? Normally i would just leave it but the car wont pass govt. inspection unless the seat backs latch in the upright position. It appears to be a simple lever but i cant figure it out. Any ideas??

    ok. I installed new module #3. cleaned off intake and applied a coat of dielectric grease and plugged in. still no spark. i have spark tester on in place of #2 plug. the coils both show power at the 3 wire connectors at each coil. now unless im mistaken spark occures when coil power colapses...

    No tach reads ok. The only other possibly related symptom is that the idle jumps up and down right when you first start the engine cold. How is resetting the idle performed? Does the ign module on the intake separate cyls or just controls coil operation in general?
