    Today, I simply cut off all the tubing from the part that bolts to the heads. I then swapped them on the opposite sides with a little RTV on it, and bolted them back up backwards. Easy as pie!

    well, 9 times out of ten they get broken when removed because the bottom bolt that holds it down gets corroded to the point where the i can't be removed. I figured there had to be aftermarket ones somewhere..

    I too have heard nothing but good comments about CHP and the opposite about DSS. I'm sure in the world of mass produced pistons and such, one can crack from time to time...all performance pistons have suffered that fate on time or another, I'm sure of it!

    If his transmission was out of alignment, the noise wouldn't change with different gears. What kind of fluid are you running? I heard if you don't use synchromesh fluid, it will wine alot more. Also, is your shifter isolator still installed between the handle and shifter base?

    well, your keyless entry systema and all those other systems are probably being powered from the same source. Trace them down and you will find the problem. Had to be something during the Alt. install..
