Do you have head studs or have you removed/installed the head bolts lately? The bolts outside of the valve covers go into the water jacket of the block and must be sealed.

Mine is routed to the hole on the bottom side of the plenum(sp). From the plenum end I route to the FPR and the vacumn tree on the fire wall.

Hey Guys, Do you know if any of the "chain" parts stores carry the above gasket? I bought the stock felpro replacement for the manifold to head gaskets but damaged the upper-lower in the process. Do Autozone, pep, advance, carry one to match the typhoon upper top lower? Thanks in advance...

Do you have the factory ~1.5 inch interface installed, where the HP line mates to the pump? I bought an aftermarket pump and the adapter would not fit it, but if I removed the "adapter" (that has o-ring seals at both fitting locations) it will mate to the pump. I'm afraid mine is going to leak...

I've never ran solids but the results of a "search" will indicate they are rather rough for the street. I'm going to use the ford convertable ones (heavy duty) when I stuff the 347 in next weekend.

I got nothing either, except time to figure out TDC on a streetdamper balancer and load 1.6's onto a fordstrokers 347 (Step-d comes home tomorrow, presents then). Setting valves tomorrow then off to Boone NC for a 5 day family ski trip. Unfortunately, at 50 I spoil myself too often. Cheers, Vann
