    Door Swap

    I am going to put a used door on the stang to replace the one that got crushed. Does the fender have to come off to get to the bolts? My hinges are shot but the door I bought has new pins. Thanks for any help!!

    New rack, help !

    Everything on the front end is new and I still have no power steering. It is hard to turn like there is no power steering. Everyone says to bleed the air but it seems like it is still air locked. Any sugestions on a better way to bleed it ?

    I have a 93' lx 5.0. I just put in new springs, struts, bump steer, ball joints, rack, and pump. I still have no power steering. I have been trying to bleed it for about 4 hours and still nothing. Any ideas ? Thanks guys ! :bs:

    I've checked everything but the codes. How do you check the codes on a 95' gt. It has a connector under the hood like my 93 and also has one on the drivers side under the dash like the 96. The car still surges from 1500 to 500 rpm and dies at stop lights. Also pings a lot. I have never changed...

    What car do I have.

    I can't figure out what car I have. Just bought it. It's a 78' with cobra 2 badging. The vin is 8F03F232273. But the thing that throws me is it has T-Tops. I figure there is someone out there that will know. Thank you in advance. :bang:

    there is a big difference between 15.19 and 13.80. i think it is something besides the stall making it slow. it ran 15.10 without the gears.

    yes i'm power braking it and shifting it at 5500 rpm, launching it at 2000 rpm.

    i had some guys watching and they said the tires were'nt spinning and the tranny has a shift kit in it already, stock converter.

    it does'nt feel like it is slipping, still shifts hard and there was no tire spin.

    here's the deal. 2 years ago i went to the track and my car ran 15.10 all stock accept for catback, pulleys, k&n in stock box, and chip. now the chip is gone plus but i have added everything in the sig and tonite i ran 15.19 @ 91 mph. why is it so slow? i should be in the mid to low 14's now...

    Do they make Oxygen Sensor extenders?

    you have to extend them, they are not long enough. i spliced in some wires on mine but i wish i would have bought the extenders. you can get them at just about any mustang performance web site like 5.0 resto or brothers performance.
