From what I understand it means 2nd/3rd generation,3g is used for the newer mustang,check out pa performances' web site.

A 302 dss block with forged internals and upgraded iron heads should do it for your turbo setup,try to make your turbo setup yourself.5000 should be enough you you get the parts yourself. peace
