    ive checked the angles and lubed everything and im still bending them, 67 302 with a toploader and factory linkage, 3000 lb pressure plate if i remember right, anyone know where i can get one thats stronger? w/o going to hydraulic. anyone else having the same problem? all parts are new also.

    Biggest cam for 70 302

    factory springs will not work with much more than .460 lift. they compress, and then if the cam has anymore lift after the springs are maxed, rocker arm snaps in half; hardened pushrods help breakage of rocker arm. i know this one.

    dash parts are all there; vents and controls. condensor is cut off @ the firewall-probably needs replaced. everything else is gone except a compressor for core maybe. if this much is needing replaced would aftermarket be better or stock? i want the coldest a/c i can get. thanx

    Header brand question

    1979 hedmans-no seal, 1989 blackjack-no seal, 1992 hookers sealed up good. they have raised bosses on the flanges. just put a set on my sons 69 with 302 sealed great. install them, tighten them down. next morning tighten again. drive it a few days finish tighten process ,done deal no leaks.
