Anyone from Stangnet heading to Knotts this weekend for the car show? I'll be heading out on Friday with Kingsford for the show. Always a good time with 1,800 Ford in attendance.

Ordered a set of 16x8 American Racing Trak Star rims for Kingsford today. They will have custom backspacing and should be done in about a month. Can't wait to try em out, been wanting new rims for quite a while.

Street or Track is having a Sale on their adjustable strut rods. This is a great way to free up some suspension binding from the original bushings. I just ordered a set and can't wait to install. Auto-X is going to be a lot smoother this year :banana:

Took the oil pan off today to fix a leak and of course everything went smoothly until I found these in the oil pan: I "think" I know where they came from... and if I'm right no harm done. Just to get a size perspective, both parts could sit on top of a penny. Any one want to guess...

Anybody ever try to buy longer ones, especially when trying to satisfy NHRA tech rules. I'm not liking the thought of drilling out my rotors for longer ones... :bang:

Just curious if anybody had any experience with Autometer's Electric Speedos. I'm thinking of their Sport-Comp #3987 3 3/8" electric speedo. Because of my 4.11 gears I figure it might be worth the extra money for the electric speedo over a mechanical one to get it properly calibrated. Any...

Just curious if anyone's had any luck with a Ford Duraspark dizzy in their classic. My dizzy decided to die a peaceful death last night as I was backing out my driveway.

Should be installing a new 6 gauge aluminum bezel on Kingsford in a few days. The following pics are before I apply some black paint to the top section and a wood grain finish. Whatta ya guys think?

and I managed to get along with all of those crazy democrats out there too. The good thing about the DNC was NOBODY was in town. I was able to get around with out all the usual crowds. Heck, I even managed to sit at the bar at Cheers without waiting :flag:
