    Cat back for the 93

Just installed the Dynomax Ultraflo. I love it. No drone, aggressive under throttle, rest of time pretty stock sounding only a little bit more so to speak.

Need to repaint accessory brackets, need opinions

Eastwood makes a spray can to match just about every metal finish known to man I have used with great results if you want factory look. Otherwise, any ole' satin silver. Were not exactly talking about cars here that will be judged in concours at Pebble Beach.

Need a new Radiator. Which one?

I run one of the cheap Aluminum 1 core replacements available many places online. It is nice and light and I have never had any issues. I believe I got mine from rockauto for like $100. For a stock car it is more than enough and cools far better than the orignal ever did. Stock fan as well.

    Roush Motor's at the shop...

yeap, that's the realization i came to, if i wanted an investment i'd be far better off selling the car and investing the money. once i was Ok with that, let the MODS begin. with all that new power do yourself a favor and at least put Cobra brakes on the car. they rock!

    Roush Steeda U/LCA on an '96 S281

all these answers are general without knowing someones situation and intention. torque arm is great but not for me in downtown chicago. potholes the size of craters, general crappy roads, etc. and my car is not a track car. i would scrape a torque arm right off my car everytime i drove it...

    Roush Steeda U/LCA on an '96 S281

unless your uppers are totally shot, leave them alone. too stiff in the uppers really can lead to supension bind. i recently installed the Steeds Aluminum lowers. absolutely worth every penny, the rear end just plants better in the turns, got rid of various rattles. very difficult to break...

can any N/A stang keep up with a newer vette?

I ran 13.4's with my bone stock 1996 Auto vette. Friends at the time with Lt4 cars could pull 12.9's and C5's from about 1999 on could easily pull 12.5's not counting the Z06 which seemed to vary greatly but there were plenty of low 12 guys here in chitown.

Roush 1997 #121 Deep Violet - Make me an offer.

no, after looking at several cars i decided i loved my car too much to get rid of her. i am keeping it and plan on doing a bit of work to it in spring, mainly a supercharger and some good brakes. that's right, i remeber you saying you were close to buying my car and i got a lot of...

Roush Too many cars killing resale?

i am not sure about the prices some muscle cars command, are they worth it, big block chevelles going for $100K. come on, its not that great of a car. and realisitcally and new mustang GT will give a boss 302 a whoopin on most tracks. i was talking to a friend of mine the other day and we...

    clutch chatter at 58000 miles?

sliding wears the clutch more but is easier on the driveline (trans, diff, axles, etc.). sometimes they last 40k, other people get over 100K, you don't know about the 1st 36k of use so hard to say. once it starts it is there but can last that way for long time if you don't abuse, i drove a...
