Roush Too many cars killing resale?

Do you all think Saleen is making too many cars and resale values are hurting. I look on Ebay and there are a lot of nice cars out there at good prices. They aren't exactly holding their value??? At 500 to 1000 cars a year depending on year, it isn't exactly what I would call a "rare" car...

Roush 1997 #121 Deep Violet - Make me an offer.

I know this is not the classifieds, but I figure I might have better luck here. 1997 Saleen #121 Car is all original without original Saleen wheels which were sold by previous owner. Currently has 2003 Cobra AFS replicas in average shape with new Kuhmo's with about 5000 miles. Car is...

    New Steeda Rear Brakes?

Anyone using the new kit that moves the caliper out and adds a 13" rotor? Thoughts/Comments? I would think it would help with fade a bit (larger rotor) and increase clamping leverage of stock caliper by moving force out into a bigger radius.

Roush Fr. Swaybar, Hollow or Solid?

Is the Saleen front bar solid or hollow? If it is solid seems the Steeda Hollow bar of the same size would yield same handling characteristics while taking another 10-12 lbs off the front??? I'm on a weight saving kick right now, yanked the rear seat and running a Miata battery. So far...

Roush Shifter and Sway Bar Bushings

I installed the Saleen shifter bushings this weekend. What a difference, these should be standard, it is solid, I can't belive how much slop is in the stock rubber bushings. I have driven Pro 5.0 cars, though it is not quite that, for the small investment it feels darn close. I do not...

    94-98 Headlight Replacement

I am on the fence right now, whether to replace my tired yellow stockers with a stock replacement or a cobra looking headlight? Either will certainly look better. How do all the aftermarket ones on ebay compare to stock? Fit, durability etc. Car is not a daily driver and rarely driven at...

    Roush "Saleen Performance Alignment"

Does Saleen modify the front strut towers at all to accomplish this? And just what is performance about it? Does anyone know the alignment specs?

Roush Who made the shocks in 1997?

I was reading my Mustang Standard Catalog 1964-2001 by Brad Bowling and of course digesting the Saleen section. In 1997 it says S351's have Bilstein shocks, S281's have Racecraft. Other years seem to list only Bilstein. Are S281 shocks not Bilstein, they look like them certainly? Anyone?

Roush Saleen Rear Lower Control Arms?

Call me a stupid purist but I would like to stay with all Saleen parts if I can. Are Saleen LCA's any good in comparison say to the popular Maximum Motorsports, Steeda, etc. What is their bushing set up, are the solid urethane, or multi step like Steeda? Saleen website does not...

    Cold Start Problem?

So here's the scenario. My car is not a daily driver and sits usually for 1-2 weeks at a time. As of Saturday morning it had been sitting for about 1 week. Car has 52,000 miles and no prior symptoms of any kind. In this time the temp here in Chicago has dropped and been hovering in the...
