    Engine A/c Line Part Number

Not sure how, but one of my A/C lines rubbed against the tensioner and ate through the rubber. Does anyone know the part number of the upper line that runs from the top right of the condenser to (I think) the drier? See attached picture. For some reason, part stores only carry the line that...

    35th Anniv Photo Challenge

I'm hopefully going to wash/wax this weekend and take a few proper picts, this is from an iPhone a few months back. Really the only non-maintenance thing I've done to the car in the past year or two is the FR500s (anniversary wheels are safely stored in the garage).

35th Anniv Picking one up tomorrow and bringing it home.

Haven't posted here in forever, but there are probably a few 35th-ers that lurk like me. Glad to see folks still around! Funnily enough, I almost both the sequential tail kit from AM last week. That's likely the next thing for the stang. What amazes me is how few clean 1999-2004 GTs I see...

Ten years on stock rear brake pads / rotors. Time for an upgrade... Roush Alcon 13"

I've looked at that kit for a while. Not many reviews out there, but the people who have installed it, like it. Do you have 17s? I can't remember where I saw this, but I think one person said that the kit would not fit with 17" wheels, you needed 18". It didn't make much sense as 13" Brembo...

    X-Plan PIN

Thanks Droptop. We ended up getting the car for a several thousand less than invoice, amazingly (for a 2011).

    35th Anniv New Wheels!

Definitely post picts of the FR500s when you get them on! I've been on the fence about those exact wheels the past 2+ years. My tires are finally worn to the point where I need new ones, but I can't decide what I want to do.

Build pics, TFS headed 2v turbo car

That is going to be amazing when it's finished. Post details on the turbo kit (how much did you have to modify the flanges).

    Powdercoated wheels

I honestly didn't know that powder coating could do that. I think that looks pretty damned good, especially given the price.

35th Anniv 35th Anniversary Mustang Goodies

I think I paid well over $50 for my diecast red coupe. It was not cheap, but I guess they're not making any more of them. I was bored earlier and found the old site, but at a different address than I visited it at... Mustang35th : Home Page .

JMod: Yay or Nay? Gimme Some Opinions

As with everyone else, cooler and J-mod are the best things to do for your auto. If you're at all hesitant about doing the mod yourself, you can buy one pre-drilled from a few places. One that comes to mind is BC automotive (used to have a great rep as of a few years back) bc-automotive.com...

    Timing and nitrous

Most people will say you don't need to lower timing at all on a 100. I pulled 2* global from mine though. If you have an easy way to lower timing, I'd rather lose 10hp than be sorry.

first true dyno of a 2011GT

DAMN! 370 on a mustang dyno, bone stock, is serious horsepower. That really is amazing. I wonder how much is left on the table for the basic bolt-ons (also wonder if they were running it on premium or not). Very impressive.

Went out to the track tonight got some decent times!

Looks like you guys had a good time. I've never been up to that track, but it looks pretty nice. And the worst thing is running up against 600hp cars at the 1/8 mile if the track is narrower; almost scary. (one guy in Denton snapped an axle and ran over the tree a few years back, nuts).

new to nitrous just need some input

I saw a guy out at HRP one night with a power inverter and a heating pad he literally bought at CVS/Walgreens on the way to the track. Had the box in his trunk. It was hilarious. And it got the bottle up to 900psi (took a little while though, but I think most warmers are the same way). He...
