what are you smoking? every full bolt on 99 and 01 cobra i usually in the 310-320 rwhp range. i was at 300 rwhp with just midpipe, catback, pullies and cai. its very easy to do. you must be thinking of 96-98 cobras.

Again, it is my opinion that the gains are not enough to worry about. Get what you think sounds best. I have had magnaflow and i think the flowmasters sound way better than they ever did. With my longtubes and off road x pipe the magnaflows sounded like glasspacks on a 70s pickup. Again...

i have no idea. But i do know a couple years ago ford built the "Thunder".(this was a concept only) A expidition with a "lightning" engine in it. Dont know exactly what they did to the engine but try searching the net for it. Ill try to dig up the magazine i saw it in.

but damn do they sound good. Honestly, on the new mustangs, catbacks add such an insignificant amount of hp and tq that you should just get what you think sounds best. one might get 5 more hp over another but thats only gonna show up on a dyno.

h pipe shouldnt pop and crackle. might have a leak somewhere. did you replace the gasket between the passenger sider header and h pipe. might want to check that for leaks.

Mine was very easy to take off. took all of 5 mins. I took mine off and used a dremel with a polishing pad to spin the pulley really fast while soaking the bearings(middle of pully on both sides) with wd-40. Mine has sqeuled for about 3 weeks now. Im sure i will eventually have to replace it...
