best muffler options with shorties and h pipe with high flow cats

I always preferred 3-chamber Delta Flows with my old shorty header/hpipe set-up. It won't scream like the 2-chambers but in everyday driving I find it much more bearable.

    Fox Bodies Rule!

Could not have said it better!!! I'm not tinkering and modding the way I used to but I still love feeling I get cruising around in them. I got my first Fox bod in '88 and it's the only type of car I've ever owned.

    Whats Your Dd?

Not backwards at all. That's exactly what I will be doing when I eventually get a newer car. As much as I don't mind dd'ing a Fox I'm ready to commute in something more up to date. 2011 GT is at the top of the list. Cool '06. :nice:

    Whats Your Dd?

Most days I still DD my '92 but I'll drive the Suburban ("The Fridge") now and then because it has a much better sound system.

    Foxbody Investment

Very cool. :nice: While I wouldn't buy a Fox bod as an investment, its for the reasons they listed that I can't seem to pull away from these cars.

Might sell the '86 for an '04 Cobra

Verrrry nice! :hail: Love the wheels. They really set the car off without looking too flashy. The CS valance is literally one of the first mods I would do on a new GT. Well done.

    Finally it all came together.

That kind of power is just too far beyond anything I can comprehend. Badass.

Might sell the '86 for an '04 Cobra

The first couple of times I went wot in a new 5.0 I kept lifting the throttle prematurely. I just assumed the power would drop off (mental conditioning over the years). When I decided to stay in it it was like "Whoooa". While it doesn't have that immediate torque at low rpms it still has a...

Might sell the '86 for an '04 Cobra

Nice. I rented a GT a few weeks ago and it can certainly "get around" alright. lol Those mf'ers scream. I always figured the '03 Cobra would be my next Mustang until the '11 GT came along. Congrats. :nice:

    Gears and comfortable driving!

On an AOD, especially if staying n/a, I wouldn't do less than 3.73. At least not on a car with a stock torque converter. With freeway rpms being a concern you wouldn't want to go much higher than that. If I had a higher stall (like you do) a 3.55 might be doable. The car wouldn't be such a dog...

Who lets a 1993 teal cobra SVT rot?!?

The '98's definitely look better. I loved them on Grover's GT also. 67coupe's LX hatch is one of my favorites.

Who lets a 1993 teal cobra SVT rot?!?

Right away I thought they looked like 16's. Something is definitely off. I think the 17" R's look good on the '94-98 GT/Cobra but not '99+.
