    mm&ff has a stock internaled blown 4.6 at 600+bhp and they drag race it constantly...Its all in the tune and the components.

    Sorry I can't help you much with the first 3 questions but you definitely don't want to remove your rear sway bar. I also wouldn't recommend removing your quad shocks (unless they're busted, of course) until you replace your UCAs as the quad shocks help minimize wheel hop.

    yea, could easily be a chop of a regular 05 GT test mule....either that or they're testing out the drivetrain+powertrain of the 06 cobra in an unchanged 05 GT chassis.

    I say Magnaflow Magnapacks, mainly cause anything else simply isn't loud enough while still sounding good. Look into the Borla Stingers as well, those things sound REALLY good.

    Comp cams, VT Almost all 2v 4.6 cams are in the same price range: usually around $500-$600 for the cams alone.

    When to raise the rev limiter?

    I've heard from various sources that revving to 6.5k rpms is safe on the stock long block......but why you would want to do that is beyond me, especially since a bolt-on n/a 4.6 will peak in power way before that.
